About GovtExamTyping

GovtExamTyping is a free typing practice site for people preparing for typing tests in Indian government recruitment: SSC, High Courts and district courts, state selection commissions, CPCT and computer operator posts.

We built it because most typing sites are designed for casual English speed checks, while exam candidates need long timed tests, net speed after errors, backspace-off practice and proper Hindi typing on InScript, Remington Gail and Kruti Dev — without installing anything.

How our content is made

Practice passages are written for this site and are not copied from newspapers, books or exam papers. Exam rules are summarised from commonly published information; each exam page says when the rules have not yet been verified against the latest official notification, and links to the official website.

Independent

GovtExamTyping is not affiliated with SSC, any court, UPSSSC, MAP_IT or any other recruiting body. Results and certificates from this site are for practice only.
